Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve field reported issues.
- Identify and fix bugs for Altigen’s Service Delivery Platform and UC Applications
- Enhance, design and develop software for Altigen's Unified Communication solutions
- Work with QA team in delivering world-class experience products and services for our customers
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Strong English speaking and writing skills
- Able to work in day and night shift (the US time, GMT-8).
- Proficient with Microsoft .NET & .NET Core development using C#
- Experience building REST API on .NET Core
- Experience with frontend development using Angular or React will be preferred.
- Knowledge and experience with database development including NoSQL and relational database design in SQL.
- Experience in multiple areas below are plus.
- Development of apps utilizing Microsoft’s Graph APIs would be ideal
- VoIP or Call processing - Networking protocols (SIP Protocol)
- Contact Center software design/implement
- 3+ years in Cloud application experience
- Prior experience in Unified Communications, SIP, Call Center, VoIP or PBX product are highly preferred.
Education + Experience:
- 5+ years of software development experience among which 3+ years in Microsoft Azure DevOps experience
