It was the group’s vison that children in Nepal should have access to schooling of the highest quality; one that is broad based and balanced, as well as interactive and global in dimension. They had felt the need for a school that would help to produce future leaders with deep-rooted cultural grounding and love for one’s country, and yet, with the confidence to forge ahead in the regional and international area. Job Description:
The Principal shall be responsible for fulfilling the following broad objectives of the School:
- Impart sound and progressive academic knowledge to the students in keeping with the needs of the 21st Century
- Inculcate moral and disciplinary values in the students promoting an optimistic and progressive attitude towards life, so as to become responsible citizens with respect for the society and the environment, and with good spirit for team work
- Promote Physical activities for healthy body and alert mind for both physical and mental development
- In totality, helping in shaping of progressive, well informed, optimistic healthy youngsters ready to take challenges for life who will emerge as responsible citizens promoting every aspect of knowledge in the society and further emerge as good professionals and able leaders
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Wide International exposure through participation in workshops, trainings and travel
- Passion for teaching, love for children and willing to dedicate beyond the call of duty
- A true believer in imparting holistic-experiential learning and innovative methodologies
- Awareness and willingness to impart best pedagogies and practices successful around the world
Education + Experience:
- Master Degree preferably with B.Ed.
- Minimum two years of having worked as a Principal or in a Senior Management position for at least five years in a highly reputed School preferably in a residential setup
