We work in technological solutions in areas such as Digital Payments and Alternative Finance. Our main goal is to help companies with market intelligence platform to better understand the dynamics of Consumer Behavior trends and for people like us, we are creating a Personal Finance Management Product. We want to design an ecosystem of products relevant to finance and retail- experience in a secured environment developed entirely by Bottle in and for Nepal. Bottle represents a consolidation of the most innovative ideas and solutions that aims to change the market rapidly due to the size, talents, absence of legacy system, focus, and other factors. Job Description:

Study and analyze the effects of psychological, cultural, and social factors on the economic decisions of individuals and institutions on how market decisions are made and the mechanisms that drive public choice.

 Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect information from all applicable sources
  • Devise methods and procedures for collecting and analyzing data, utilizing knowledge of available sources of data and various econometric and sampling techniques
  • Use data about human/consumer behavior in understanding the market
  • Conduct review of best practices, key success factors, and lessons learned from the different behavioral insight units around the world
  • Organize data into report formats and arranges for preparation of graphic illustrations of research findings
  • Prove the credibility and the quality of the data that has been entered in the data bases
  • Maintain knowledge and subject matter expertise on all key trends and pop culture
  • Analyze social media networks on a daily basis for acknowledging the pattern and the habits of human behavior
  • Formulate key findings, implications and recommendations on given projects
  • Perform various recreation surveys and research methods
  • Maintain interpersonal relationship with the team
  • Update oneself with the latest technological developments, so that the same knowledge can be applied for analyzing the research

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
