Job Description:
- Receiving and sorting daily mail
- Receiving visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately
- Deal with inquiries in a professional and courteous manner in telephone and face to face
- Answering calls, taking messages and handling correspondence
- Build positive relationships with new agent
- Provide clients with information about demands
- Arranged and managed the candidates at the time of interview
- Collaborate with internal teams and maintain open communication with the management
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Should have a smart personality
- Fluency in English (Writing & Speaking)
- Should have good computer knowledge
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
- Should be honest, polite and friendly
- Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately
Education + Experience:
- Must have completed Intermediate Level
