Job Description:
We are looking for a seasoned Project Manager responsible for planning, overseeing and leading projects from ideation through to completion. This role requires interaction with a range of internal and external stakeholders, most often managing several moving project parts simultaneously.
The successful candidate will work directly with clients to ensure deliverables fall within the applicable scope and budget. He or she will coordinate with the stakeholders to ensure all aspects of each project are compatible and will hire new talent as needed to fulfill client needs.
What you’ll do:
- Develop and manage relationships with existing key clients & potential customers.
- Arrange meetings, secure deals with new/potential customers, and onboard them.
- Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines.
- Predict resources needed to reach projects and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner.
- Develop a detailed project plan, in coordination with the Delivery Team Leads, to assign, monitor and track progress of projects.
- Liaise with the Data Quality Assurance team to guarantee the data standards are met before delivering them to the client.
- Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout the entire project execution.
- Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement and keep records of sales, revenue, invoices, etc.
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers and provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.
- Develop goals for the development team and business growth and ensure they are met.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Proven working experience in project management.
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) is a plus
Education + Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
