Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- At least 2 years of working experience in field of child protection (Master’s degree holders) or at least 4 years of working experience in field of child protection (bachelor degree holders in relevant discipline)in similar position
- Experience in developing, conducting training, workshops and community mobilization interventions
- Experience of working with district level stakeholders on child protection
- Demonstrated ability of leadership
- Strong computer literacy and knowledge of database and spreadsheet
- Excellent interpersonal, networking, negotiation and communication skill
- Fluency in Nepali and English communication and presentation skill (both written and verbal)
- Ability to work under pressure and meet short deadline
- Sensitive and responsive to Gender, Age diversity and Social Inclusion
- Good analytical skills and innovative
- Two-wheeler driving license (preferred)
Education + Experience:
- Master's Degree in social science, development studies, gender studies, public health or relevant discipline
