Job Description:
- Programme coordination and Volunteer management: project planning, implementation, coordination/collaboration, reporting and regular coordination, support, facilitate, mobilization and overall management of Volunteers
- Lead in finance management: budget planning, tracking budget expenditure versus budget planning, financial reporting, support in financial payment and settlement of volunteer allowance, house homes and action learner’s activities, etc.
- Monitoring and Evaluation : ensure data management system , track all the project related data, take lead in data collection and monitoring activities as required and facilitated activities against targeted plans
- Other support: maintain commination system among district team and centre, facilitate promotional activities of the ICS programme locally, attend important events as invited by GAN and VSO, manage other logistical and administrative support as required

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Previous experience on working with international volunteers
- Good communication skill with good English language competency, written and spoken
- Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft, word excel, power point, email and internet
- Working ability in multicultural environment and excellent coordination skills
Education + Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in social science, rural development or any other discipline with at least 2-year of relevant experience
