Job Description:
- Become accustomed and understand why and how current developments are taking place
- Communicate and coordinate with all functional teams regarding aspects of features and technologies required and be able to prioritize them effectively
- Build a product roadmap and follow it religiously, inspecting and adapting as required by feedback from the customers and cross-functional teams following agile principles
- Write and prioritize user stories and define acceptance criteria
- Ability to establish and maintain a high level of credibility with internal and external stakeholders
- Analytical ability to break down complex problems and effectively use data and analytics layered against high-quality user research to inform the direction of the produc
- Project management: Track progress, assess risks, coordinate delivery, and actively communicate contingency and mitigation plans for the team
- Research: Run various ad-hoc research and business analyses to assess opportunities and risks
Job Hours: Monday to Friday – 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Must have a clear understanding of descriptive statistics and must be able to analyze data for conducting research with customers and teammates
- Ability to create wireframes and mockups, with a knack for keeping things simple
- Detail-oriented with a high bar for quality when writing user stories, reviewing designs, brainstorming technical approach, and testing a feature before it is released
- Should be willing to learn and provide training as well as go for trainings and certification sponsored by Sastodeal
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience using agile development methodologies
Education + Experience:
- At least 2+ years of software or internet product management experience
- BS degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Business Administration
