Job Description:
- Assisting in recruiting/Hiring/Appraising and Leading PR Team coordinating with HR & TM
- Developing communication plans with the influencers
- Approaching public and media figures to become influencers for Uptrendly
- Building and maintaining relationships with the influencers to build brand awareness
- Measuring and maintaining influencers satisfaction level
- Strategic planning of retaining influencers
- Working together with creative team for deploying content through influencers
- Manage influencer campaigns, contract negotiations, strategy briefing and content approvals
- Monitor social media feeds of competitors and influencers to gauge trends and inspiration
- Managing team and delegating tasks
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Min 2 years’ experience in marketing
- Must have established relationships with influencers in the beauty/fashion/wellness/lifestyle categories
- Proven experience establishing influencer programs that deliver results
- Experience and Knowledge about online, social media and content marketing
- Two Wheeler with a valid license
Education + Experience:
Master’s Degree in Marketing or relevant
