Job Description:
Web programming is all about functions. Managing the back-end assistance and the interchange of data between the server and the users to make a usable site. A web programmer integrates the front-end elements with the back-end focusing the development of server-side logic, definition and maintenance of the database ensuring the perfect responsiveness to requests from the front-end.
Responsibilities:
- Assist Project Managers in gathering requirements and project specifications
- Craft entirely functional programs writing clean, standard & testable code
- Integrate the given data to a user-focused, easy to use back-end
- Create documentation for the end user
- Communicate project status and deliverables with Project Managers
- Stay up to date with industry developments
- Work in collaboration with the design and front-end team
- Familiarity with the limitations of PHP as a platform and its workarounds
- Create database schemas that serve and strengthen business processes
Education + Experience:
Education Level : Bachelor
Experience Required : More than or equals to 2 years
Other Specification
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalents
- Proven work experience
- Strong knowledge of PHP web frameworks
- Knowledge and experience on working with JavaScript, Query, HTML, CSS, JSON, AJAX, Rest API
- Proper understanding of MVC design patterns
- Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL databases and their declarative query languages
- Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git
- In-depth knowledge of WordPress theme development
- Expert in handling plugins & multisite handling
