Job Purpose: Survey, Data Analysis, Financial Analysis and Financial Projection
Summary:

Job Contents: Duties and Responsibilities
- Conduct survey of the target market.
- Make focus groups.
- Conduct competitors’ analysis and come up with ways to differentiate company’s products.
- List out possible vendors to tie up with.
- Conduct a survey of the vendors.
- Once above analysis is complete, create an ideal product mix, GM%, sales potential, capacity of vendors, etc.
- Research various Operational hurdles, if there are any of this business
- Prepare Potential P&L Statement, conduct cash flow and balance sheet projections
- Help in creating a brand story.
- Help in registering the Brand, Brand Logo.
- Other Ad-Hoc work that may be required from time to time.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Sound knowledge of MS Office especially MS Excel, email and internet. Proficient in using statistical tools like Pivot Tables, Quantitative Analysis will be preferred.
- Should be creative enough to research things in many different ways. High EQ. Should be approachable and able to connect to senior citizens.
- Fluent in both Nepali and English
- Bike License Mandatory, Bike Preferred
Education + Experience:
- At least Masters in Business Administration or any management field
- 5 years of experience
