Job Description:

Job Purpose: The purpose of the job is to plan, implement and overview sales activities all over Nepal and achieve predetermined sales targets.

Responsibilities: 

1. Achieve predetermined Sales Targets:

A. Analysis:

  • Do Competitor Analysis: Compare and Monitor 6P of competitors

B. Planning:

  • Plan 6Ps - Product, Price, Place, Promotion, Process, People
  • Coordinate with Regional Sales Coordinator to set Sales Target for Retailer and Dealers
  • Plan Credit to Market
  • Coordinate with team to define Sales Cycle

C. Execution:

  • Market visit for Sales development with current and new customers and coordinate and manage Sales Cycle
  • Effectively mobilize team to implement Plan:

              a. Build Team

              b. Manage and coordinate team activities

              c. Support and motivate team to achieve targets

              d. Give team the right tools

              e.Communicate with team for any important information such as schemes and policies

              f. Train team on all aspects of conducting successful sales

              g. Dispute management between team members

  • Coordinate with team for New Sales Development:

              a. Evaluate the Lead customer generated

              b. Evaluate the area on the basis of details generated by sales team

              c. Develop new Retailers0

              d. Develop new SKU or new product ranges

2. Ensure collection of receivables is on time

  • Coordinate with Team to manage Aging over 60 days
  • Discuss on the Aging report generated by software and take corrective actions
  • Put extra effort to encash cheque for cheque bounced retailer

3. Review Sales, Marketing mix and plan accordingly

Review sales and plan accordingly:

  •  Review Sales
  •  Review Aging
  •  Review Stock
  •  Review Marketing mix (6Ps)

4. Ensure close relationship with Customer

  • Coordinate and plan to send greeting, gifts on special occasion to build personal relations with retailers
  • Solve Customer Grievances and Queries

5. Ensure smooth operations of Administrative Work under sales department

  • Coordinate with team for Accounts Reconciliation with Retailers
  • Review PO prepared by Operations
  • Calculate TOD and schemes and claim it to accounts
  • Coordinate to Register new customer in System
  • Coordinate to update Retailer information in System
  • Coordinate with Team to get Sales Agreement signed and record the same
  • Make Expenses report and send to HO in case of field visits
  • Manage team expenses claim and reporting

Education + Experience:

  • Education: Bachelor in Marketing (Master Preferred)
  • Experience: 5 years in Sales and Marketing
  • Sector: Automotive preferred

Benefits:

  • Salary: Negotiable; depending on candidate’s qualification and experience (in a range of 50-100k)
