Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and talented UI designer to design and shape unique, user-centric products and experiences. The ideal candidate will have experience working in agile teams, with an experienced team of designers and developers. A candidate must be able to make deliberate design decisions and to translate any given user-experience journey into a smooth and intuitive interaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with product owners, user experience designers and engineers to deliver user interface and interaction designs from concept through to final deliverables, for strategic projects as well as on-going incremental improvements
- Deliver high-standard, responsive visual design and interaction patterns with high-quality usability, using methods and tools such as Jobs To Be Done, user stories, user journeys, storyboards, sketches and prototypes
- Ensure your design work is informed & insight driven.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
- Preferable to have a dribble account.
- Portfolio of design projects Knowledge of wireframe tools.
- Up-to-date knowledge of design software like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and sketch.
- Team spirit; strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders
- Good time-management skills.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Appreciation and understanding of UCD (User-centered design)
- Keen design aesthetic with ability to establish visual hierarchy, layout, typography and colour effectively
- Collaborative and able to input into the full UCD process within an agile environment
- Consideration of user tasks and goals throughout the design process
- Good understanding of interaction design across devices
- Experience working with front-end developers
- Understanding and appreciation of CSS and HTML, Bootstrap Grid System/Responsive layout
- Commercial experience at high volumes with a focus on conversion
- Confidence and ability to deliver design logic to the client
- Ability to effectively multi-task, meet deadlines and work well under pressure
- High-level proficiency in Sketch and/or PhotoShop/Illustrator
- An outstanding portfolio showcasing your talent
