Job Description:

  • Provide technical consultation and assistance to prospective merchants on Khalti Payment Gateway API testing
  • Provide orientation and training to new merchants using Khalti Payment Gateway API and other Payment platforms in Khalti App
  • Coordinate with technical team for smooth onboarding of merchant 
  • Ensure Proper Documentation and Filing required Mandatory while onboarding of Merchant
  • Integrate merchant on your own for pre-build platform in Khalti App
  • Provide Dashboard and process orientation to new merchants after integration
  • Provide orientation and training dashboard, billing, withdraws, commission calculations
  • Coordinate and take ownership to resolve merchant technical issues with a Estimated Time to Response and Turn Around Time
  • Maintain proper database of Merchants in details for future reference
  • Generate Weekly report of Demo Sign and Test pass merchants to Supervisor 
  • Integrate Merchant logo in Khalti App and Web after approval from head of department 
  • Ensure real time issue listing for daily reporting to supervisor and escalation of issues no required
  • Coordinate for corresponding teams for transactional issues of merchants, pass or escalate issues to meet proper Turn Around Time
  • Support Merchant Promotion and Transaction Growth team by providing reports required

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Knowledge of API and payment gateway
  • Strong communication skills
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken) and Nepali (spoken)
  • Excellent team player
  • Strong planning and time management skills
  • Good at taking new initiatives
  • Positive attitude and high zeal to learn
  • Cheerful personality
  • Two wheeler license holder preferred

Education + Experience:

  • Bachelors degree graduate in Bsc.IT, Computer Science
