Job Description:

Location  Okhaldhunga Community Hospital, Okhaldhunga 

The main job responsibility is to establish, modify and update the monitoring, evaluation and learning systems of the OCH CBR programme. 

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Knowledge of Nepal’s contemporary environmental, social, economic and political issues
  • Good understanding of working with people with traditional attitudes and beliefs
  • Knowledge and ability in using computer-based data analysis, participatory methodologies and digital survey tools
  • Good networking, facilitation, persuading and influencing skills
  • Good communication skills in English language

Education + Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Management with a monitoring and evaluation subject, or other relevant field
  • Minimum of two years of experience relevant to field, including community development/community-based inclusive development
