Job Description:
- Develop strategies and tactics to get the word out about our company and drive qualified traffic to our front door
- Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation
- Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels like content creation, content curation, pay per click campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, performance analysis
- Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors
- Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals
- Analyze consumer behavior and adjust email and advertising campaigns accordingly
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Applicants should be Nepalese citizen between 25 – 40 years of age
- Having pleasant personality
- Able to communicate fluently in English and Nepali
- Knowledge of foreign language will be an added advantage
- Bachelor Degree in Hotel Management or graduate with required experience in respective area
- Working experience in reputed hotel/organization with minimum 4-6 years of experience in Similar Level are highly encourage
