Job Description:

ADRA serves in more than 130 countries to bring long-term development programs and immediate emergency response to communities through a network of global offices. Since 1987 ADRA Nepal has operated portfolios in the Health, Economic Development and Livelihood, Education, and Disaster Risk Management sectors.

ADRA Nepal invites applications from qualified and experienced Nepalese Citizens for the following position.

Livelihood Team Leader (Kathmandu based)

Education + Experience:

Qualification and Competencies:

  • Master’s degree in agriculture or related field with minimum of 10 years of experience in mid and/or senior level management in development organizations, preferably with INGOs.
  • Preferred experience in business development in the livelihood theme that encompasses capacity building of farmer organizations, improved/innovative agriculture practices, off-farm livelihoods, climate change adaptation, market access through better value chain linkages; and/or maintaining donor relationships.
