Job Description:
- Develop, implement, maintain, and monitor the compliance activities of the company
- Work closely with Legal advisors, HR department, Management team, Commercial teams, Finance Controller, & Finance Manager to monitor implementation of standards and regulations & prepare internal & external commercial & compliance reports
- Manage the company’s risk framework and internal audit process
- Oversee the complete review of contracts and legal requirements in order to promote a strong compliance culture
- Advise the senior management to formulate policies and procedures within the local legal framework
- Evaluate and assess current as well as future compliance regulation needs and ensure that all legal regulations are followed and met
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Excellent knowledge of general business law issues, including regulatory framework
- Perform well under deadlines and be detail-oriented
Education + Experience:
- LLB/LLM from a reputed institute
- BBA / BBS in Finance from a reputed institute
- 2+ yr. of legal experience working in a top tier law firm
