Job Summary

The position of IT Support Representative (ITSR) consists of interacting with customers of Worldlink Communications to provide information in response to inquiries about products or services and accepting ownership for effectively solving customer issues and complaints; keeping customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behavior.

Core Job Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming calls in a timely manner for enquiries and complaints regarding WorldLink services.
  • Use software and tools to promptly and correctly solve customer complaints.
  • Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken;
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies;
  • Learn and improve Technical skill for Internet, TV and address concerns from customers pertaining to services of WorldLink.
  • Participate and learn from training programs to excel and grow as valuable resource for WorldLink in future.

Shifts:

Full-Time

  • Morning: 7 am-3 pm, 8 am- 4 pm
  • Day: 10 am - 6 am
  • Evening: 2pm -10 pm. 3 pm- 11 pm

Part-Time: 6pm-10pm

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Can work in shifts, (Morning, Day, Evening).
  • Exceptional customer service skills, active listening, professional phone voice.
  • Good verbal and Written Communication.
  • Can work on Pressure and stressful situation.

Education + Experience:

  • 10+2 Passed (preferably Bachelors running or equivalent in IT field).

  • Gross Full Time Salary: NRS 15,000/- Other Benefits Social Security Fund, Medical Insurance, Overtime facility and Performance Incentives
