Job Description:
- Ensure installation, the configuration of the computer and troubleshoot any errors in computer hardware/ software and system
- Replacement of parts as per written instruction to repair a fault or set up the system.
- Set up of new users account or profiles and deal with account issues. Coordinate with vendors and test/evaluate new technology
- Establish a good working relationship with customers and other professionals, such as software developers/agency
- Conduct electrical safety checks on computer equipments
Education + Experience:
- Good communication skills (written and verbal)
- Should have knowledge of Intercom & CCTV
- Should have knowledge of ERP. Knowledge of SAP is preferred
- Understand user requirements
- Timely feedback
