Job Description:
Rosebay is seeking an IOS Developer to join our engineering team and help us develop and maintain it's FinTech software products.
Responsibilities:
- Designing and developing advanced applications for the IOS platform
- Unit-testing code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability
- Translate designs and wireframes into high-quality code
- Design, build and maintain high performance, reusable, and reliable Java code
- Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the application
- Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs
- Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization
- Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.
- Work with outside data sources and API's and collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Conceptualizing and formulating apps that are suitable for use on all types of IOS devices.
- Creating app updates and additional features, for release.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Have published at least three original IOS apps
- Proficiency in Cocoa Touch and Objective-C
- Solid understanding of the full mobile development life cycle
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while achieving benchmarks
Education + Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role
- BEng/BS/MS/M Eng degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject
