Purpose of the Job:
The Inclusive Development Supervisor (lDS) is responsible for the implementation, facilitation and supervision of the project activities. The incumbent shall work in coordination with ward level duty bearers and civil society to uplift the livelihood status of right holders (marginalized people with disabilities and HIV/AIDS). The post holder will lead and enhance the capacity of Group Facilitators and DPO/PCST members to bring about sustainable changes in targeted communities.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Good facilitation and reporting skills
- Basic PRT training
- Good computer knowledge (MS Word/Excel and Power-Point)
- Coordination, networking and advocacy skills
- Good communication skills in English & Nepali (Speaking and Writing)
- Having two wheeler driving license valid in Nepal
Education + Experience:
- Intermediate in Physiotherapy or Intermediate in any discipline with minimum 2 years work experience
