Job Description:
- The successful candidate will have significant autonomy and accountability to drive Sales and overall Operation of Investment Banking Department
- The Candidate shall be working in close coordination with the Chief Executive Officer for overall Set-up of Investment banking functions including Portfolio Management Services, Mutual Funds and Advisory Services along with the responsibility to lead the department
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in Merchant Bank/Capital Market Institution with hand on experience of managing Investment Banking Department function
- The candidate should have an excellent grasp of the changing capital markets and investment climate of Nepal, applicable regulatory provisions, financial statement analysis, portfolio management, investment analysis
- Management and quantitative & analytical skills with the working knowledge of deal structuring and closing
Education + Experience:
- MBA or equivalent degree or possessing professional qualification of CA/ACCA/CFA
