HROD Officer is responsible for the management of all operational HR processes under the direct supervision and guidance of HROD Manager. This position provides support in the strategic human resource management by actively participating in HROD strategy, policy, and guideline formulation as well as providing inputs in HR related decision making as and when sought.

Education + Experience:
- A Bachelor’s degree in HR Management or any other relevant degree from a recognized University

- At least 3-4 years’ work experience in a related field in a similar role and similar organization, and experience of working in a multi-cultural environment
