Job Description:

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage the recruitment and selection process
  • Administer the performance review process
  • Conduct team building activities and employee welfare activities
  • Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Be responsible for day to day HR activities which includes employee attendance, record keeping, leave management and other ad hoc activities
  • Maintain good relationship with the employees and handle their grievances
  • Develop HR policies and ensure that the whole organization is compliant with the policies

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Must possess a positive attitude and should be able to work in a team.
  • Excellent command in verbal and written English.
  • Good in Microsoft Office package.
  • Female candidates are encouraged to apply for this role.

Education + Experience:

  • Minimum of bachelor’s degree in management. Candidates who have completed their masters are preferred.
  • At least 2 years of experience in the field of human resource management. Experience in an IT company will be an added advantage.
