Job Description:
- Recruiting as per manpower requirement
- Attendance and punctuality record
- Handling factory grievance.
- proper keeping employee documents and sending to Head Office.
- Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
- Provide counselings on policies and procedures
- Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process
- Create and implement effective on boarding plans
- Develop training and development programs
- coordination the interviews with proper coordination with Head office team
Administration:
- Ensure smooth running of all administrative functions in the country office
- Supervise all travel and hotel arrangements for staff and visitors, including visas and work permits as applicable
- Assist in performance management processes
- Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues
- reporting to HR team at Head office and MD

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Preferably some HR experience in manufacturing and trading company
- Good knowledge of HR systems familiarity with HR software Nimble HRIS is preferred
- Fluency in both English and Nepali
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office package
- Good communication skills
- Good quantitative skills
Education + Experience:
- Bachelors degree with specialization in Human Resources
- Preferably some HR experience in manufacturing and trading company
