  • Developing and leading corporate strategy to promote and protect the company’s matters.
  • Developing Talent acquisition process and continue working on making it better.
  • Utilize different Talent acquisition channels such as LinkedIn, Facebook, and other offline channels for better results.
  • Carrying our proper Induction of the candidates hired and work constantly in making the process better.
  • Conducting Training events for different departments and making staff familiar with value-adding skills and information.
  • Firing employees when needed.
  • Resolving disputes between employees in the workplace.
  • Creating team building activities
  • Planning team events and holiday functions
  • Explaining benefit packages and resources
  • Maintaining compliance in the workplace with benefit providers
  • Implementing HR initiatives including health, volunteer, and charity initiatives and providing resources 
  • Constantly working on the Best practices industry has, for making the work culture better and healthier.
  • Constantly working on bringing the policies by discussing with the management which works in the favour of company and Staffs at the same time which will make the staff loyal towards the company.
  • Constantly working on the employee behaviour, performance and skills tracking and record keeping. Also, develop a process by understanding the problem, if the ratings are low.
  • Constantly working on developing a process of getting the communication right from junior staff to senior and vice versa.
  • Preparation of all types of employment contracts, offer letters, negotiating salaries and other benefits in consultation with the department head and CEO 
  • Prepare company HR policy and procedure and suggest amendments from time to time for CEO and Board of directors’ approval 
  • Prepare working days, holidays calendar and leave utilization and approval procedures. 
  • Prepare various letters in Nepali/ English as required. 
  • Any other works assigned by the Board of directors, Chairman and CEO from time to time.
  • Proficient in Nepali and English typing.
  • Working closely with the Compliance head.
  • Should be familiar with all the legalities involved at the employee and corporate level.
  • Maintaining proper corporate interactions with the relevant authorities, NRB, Central and Provincial Government, and local bodies at large 
  • Record keeping of all the meetings, in both English and Nepali.
  • Prepare annual general meeting notice, resolution and submit various required documents to the relevant authority in time. 
  • Drafting and vetting of various local and cross-border agreements, contracts and other documents. 
  • Dealing in legal aspects relating to various Labour Laws, Companies Act, IT Act, NRB Act/Directives/Regulations, cyber law, Patents law, Civil law and other applicable laws
    for the company. 
  • Any other works assigned by the Board of directors, Chairman and CEO from time to time.

Education + Experience:

  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role
