Job Description:
- Develops organization strategies by identifying and researching human resources issues; contributing information, analysis, and recommendations to organization strategic thinking and direction; establishing human resources objectives in line with organizational objectives
- Manages human resources operations by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, coaching, counseling, and disciplining staff; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing staff job contributions; maintaining compensation; determining production, productivity, quality, and customer-service strategies; designing systems; accumulating resources; resolving problems; implementing changes
- Responsible for overall office administration
- Planning and coordinating administrative procedures and systems and devising ways to streamline processes
- Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate other business operations
- Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints
- Monitor costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- At least 2 years of working experience in the related field
- Expert in employment law and employee relations and communication and HR best practices
- Familiarity and skill with the tools of the trade in human resources including HRIS, Microsoft Office suite of products, file management, and benefits administration
- Experience in organization development and change management.
- Strong effective communicator in writing, business presentations and in interpersonal communication
- Highly developed, demonstrated teamwork skills
- People oriented and results driven
Education + Experience:
- Bachelor Degree in Human Resource Management
- Bachelor in Business Studies/Administration/Management/ Social Science or equivalent
