Job Description:
- Analysis of defective units and test results to determine cause of failure
- Provide step-by-step instructions to resolve the issue easily and efficiently
- Configure/Troubleshooting of computer/server/network problem of windows environments
- Tests on equipment afterwards to ensure it's working effectively before returning to the user
- To handle new pieces of equipment or computer hardware and software, such as printers, email systems and word processing applications.
- Create documentation and guidelines on how to use different types of hardware and software
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Great teamwork skills
- Good knowledge of engineering applications
- Solid problem solving and analytical skills
- Familiarity and design and technical features of electronic and/or electromechanical
- Proven knowledge in product design, testing and prototype construction
- Should have strong knowledge of Networking, Server client OS
- Should be able to work as good team member
Education + Experience:
Should have completed Intermediate level
