Job Description:
We are looking for a Mid/Senior Designer to assist Marketing and Design efforts on a part-time basis. You can work from our office or an option may be available to work off-site, provided you come for necessary meetings when needed.
We expect the work to take 2-4 hours per day, depending upon your skills and experience.
Apart from the design/multimedia experience, we expect a high level of communication capabilities in written and spoken English as we have to occasionally communicate with teams.
A minimum one-year commitment is expected.
Purpose of the role:
- To support the execution of marketing activity for our business. We assist a number of other web and marketing projects in-house and others.
- Create engaging artwork to help grow awareness and perception of brands and their activities
- Ensure consistent messaging and style between all assets, both print and digital
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- Create artwork for emails, social media, websites, re-brand material, print, digital and presentations.
- Work within a variety of creative discipline’s
- Ability to discuss and present ideas to other designers and wider marketing team
- Stay on-top of design trends to inspire yourself and the team
- Ensure all creative artwork is visually appealing and on brand adhering to brand guidelines
- Ability to review content and highlight potential errors to senior members of the team
- Enhance digital advertising and communications by exploring other techniques
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Must have 3 years of experience in related field
- Technical Skills – Have experience using Adobe Creative Cloud InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator and Microsoft software
- Desirable Knowledge (Not essential) – Adobe XD, Adobe Lightroom and Adobe After Effects
- Portfolio – Show breadth of work across a variety of print and digital assets
Education + Experience:
Must have completed Bachelor level in a related field
