Job Description:

Job Overview: 

We are looking for someone with pleasant personality and dynamic professional attitude for our reception area.

You will act as the ‘face’ of our company and ensure visitors receive a heartwarming welcome. You will also coordinate all front desk activities, including calls, reservations and guests’ services.

Our ideal candidate can deal efficiently with complaints and has a solid customer service approach.

Ultimately, you should be able to ensure our front desk provides professional and friendly service to all our customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure timely and accurate customer service
  • Handle complaints and specific customers’ requests
  • Maintain an organized and comprehensive filing system
  • Ensure front desk is always tidy 
  • Maintain required pars of all front office 
  • Troubleshoot emergencies
  • Perform other duties as requested by management

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Must be able to read, speak, write, and understand the primary language used in the workplace
  • Proficiency in English (oral and written)
  • Solid knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and Word
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Problem-solving skills

Education + Experience:

  • Should have Bachelor's Degree
  • Proven work experience as a Front desk officer or Customer Service Officer with office management and general administrative tasks
