Job Description:

  • Administrative duties such as attending to phone calls, visitors, courier services, mails processing, distribution of mails, and activities logs and records.
  • Process General and HR/Admin correspondences as well as addressing general inquiries.
  • Administer some HRIS programs like leave, claims, and attendances and generate reports.
  • Perform secretarial and administrative support such as hotel reservations, air-tickets booking, purchasing of stationery, and so on.
  • Assist in coordinating company events to facilitate smooth event execution.
  • Coordinate and administer internal and external training programs, including logistical support.
  • Assist in organizing and coordinating new hires orientation programs.
  • Assist in training administration such as updating Training records of each individual.
  • Assist in collecting feedbacks and evaluate the effectiveness of the training programs.
  • Ensure timeliness and completeness of data entries.
  • Assist in performing some necessary submissions such as training grants, licensing applications, and so on as per the Government’s policies and standards.
  • Assist to cover receptionist duties when necessary.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by the Management and the designated man

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • University/college degree is an asset
  • Familiarity with phone systems
  • Previous experience with Microsoft Office software preferred
  • Good communication skill

Education + Experience:

  • Having 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar position in a distribution/trading company
