Job Description:
- Maintain records and receipts of all daily transactions
- Ensure financial records are kept up to date with all the latest transactions and changes
- Monitor all bank deposits and changes
- Prepare balance sheet and invoices
- Contribute to financial audits
- Reconciling transactions on daily, monthly and yearly basis
- Recording account payables and receivables
- Administering staff payrolls and allowances as advised by the management
- Preparing and entry of journal vouchers and payment vouchers
- Making financial settlements in close liaison with management and parties
- Other responsibilities as advised by the management
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Solid knowledge of financial and accounting procedures
- Sound knowledge of MS Excel and other office packages
- Time management skills
- Good communication skills
- Good command over written and spoken English
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Studies or similar
- Team Work
- Should possess basic knowledge of taxes
Education + Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Studies or similar
- Proven work experience as Finance Officer or Similar for 6 months or more
