Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Relevant professional experience of two years or master’s degree in above field with at-least one year of relevant professional experience
- Good understanding and experience of working in child protection issues
- Experience in team mobilization and management
- Demonstrated ability to work in team environment
- Practical experience in facilitation and interaction with government counterpart/local stakeholders and community network
- Strong analytical, writing, editing and communication skills
- Fluency in speaking and written English and Nepali, fluency on local language preferred
- Sensitive and responsive to Gender, Age, Diversity and Social Inclusion
- Have license for two-wheeler (preferred)
Education + Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in social sciences or in any relevant discipline
