Job Description:
- Develop plans and set objective driven task assignment
- Schedule and track outbound shipments
- Plan and coordinate with relevant courier companies and internal delivery team for necessary shipping method
- Create policies or procedures
- Maintain performance metrics, reports, process documentation, and customer service logs
- Resolve problems concerning transportation, logistics systems, imports or exports, or customer issues

Job Hours: Monday to Friday – 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Effective time management
- Verbal and written communication prowess
- Proficiency in MS Word and Excel
- Knowledge on inventory management concepts
- Understanding of e-commerce industry on a global as well as local dimension
- Critical thinking
Education + Experience:
Masters running or completed
