Job Description:
Key functional areas of responsibility
- Study company profile and operations to understand its marketing needs
- Conduct marketing and competitive research to identify industry trends and commercial opportunities
- Develop and implement marketing strategies according to objectives and budget
- Manage different social media channels and marketing tools
- Run Facebook Ads
- Create detailed reports with research findings and analysis to update marketing strategies
- Produce effective plans for promotional materials and advertising opportunities
- Track sales and feedback and adjust marketing strategies as necessary
- Establish marketing tracking methods to help each client evaluate performance
- Weekly reporting to client
- Coordinate with other team members for different projects
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Competency in research, market analysis, and reporting
- Competency in Facebook marketing, ads and strategies
- Innovative, able to take risk and implement creative ideas
- Leadership ability and ability to work in team
- Motivated, enthusiastic and ability to meet deadlines and goals
- Proficient in social media marketing and EDM campaigns
- Willingness for long term commitment
Education + Experience:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in digital marketing field
Benefits:
