Job Description:
- Customer care by handling customers' inquiries and complaints and providing prompt response with solution
- Maintain database and documentation related to after sales service
- Service Management through definition, implementation, monitoring and control of service standards, workflow and processes
- Spares Parts Management
- Warranty claim management
- Organization and management of service camp events
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Good communication and interpersonal skils
- Problem analysis and problem-solving
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong computer operating Skills
- Two wheeler license holder
Education + Experience:
- Masters in Management completed or running
