Job Description:
- Taking care of the queries received on phone or in person
- Directing queries to respective department and making sure it is taken care of
- Greeting each and every clients with best courtesy
- Scheduling appointments as per required
- Keeping records accurately to manage day to day customer care, saving record for reference
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Knowledge Required:
- Basic knowledge in US Education
- Test Preparation (TOEFL, IELTS, SAT, GRE, GMAT)
Skills Required:
- Good Communication Skills
- Tactful in handling the assigned job
Education + Experience:
