Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- At least 2 years of experience in community mobilization.
- Good understanding of child protection issues
- Demonstrated coordination skills with local stakeholders
- Demonstrated skill in engaging community leaders, women groups, and children
- Fluent in local language (verbal at least)
- Fluency Nepali communication (both written and verbal) and English (at least understanding)
- Sensitive and responsive to Gender, Age Diversity and Social Inclusion
- Good interpersonal skill
Education + Experience:
- Intermediate degree in social sciences or in any relevant discipline
