Job Description:
- Analyse claims and decide whether they are covered by the policy
- Make recommendations for the settlement of claims
- Inform supervisor if claims are accepted and how they will be allocated
- Make sure all enquiries and payments are dealt with quickly
- Appoint insurance loss adjusters and private investigators when required
- Contact independent experts in case of disputes and attend disputes tribunals
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Flexibility in travelling at project site
- core knowledge on claim in automobile
- Knowledge on Excel,word and powerpoint
Education + Experience:
- BBS/BBA graduated
- 3 years of relevant experience in claim(insurance)
