Job Description:

  • Incoming call management  and supervision
  • Managing call center team
  • Monitor incoming queries and calls handled
  • Monitoring sales conversion from call center team to achieve provided sales target
  • Conduct standard meeting with call center team to address huddles and motivating them to achieve sales target

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Must have completed Bachelors Degree
  • Preference will be given to candidates having Masters Degree
  • Must have minimum 4 years of experience in call center
  • Must have good communication skill
  • Team Leadership and Target Oriented personality
