Job Description:
- Design, draft and deploy innovative internal processes across functions to ensure scalability to meet organizational objectives - partner with key leaders to develop and implement solutions.
- Gather and analyze data, formulate and test hypotheses, synthesize findings, develop go-forward plans and help drive and translate recommendations into results
- Lead creation, identification, and insights of KPIs to improve business performance and drive business actions
- Assist in the development and execution of tracking and reporting processes across departments for functional growth
- Study and initiate incremental developments in core product and service provision
- Study and initiate developments in internal communication and workflow systems for operational efficiency
- Partner with Finance on Annual Operating Plan in alignment with the business strategic plans
- Partner with Demand & Supply team on demand forecast & supply sufficiency
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Excellent Excel modelling skills, and business performance dashboard development skills
- Qualitative and quantitative analytical skills

Education + Experience:
