We are looking for Business Development Officers with preferred experience in Construction businesses. You will be responsible for generating leads with prospective clients for our products through phone calls and meetings. Other responsibilities and requirements are included below:
Responsibilities:
- Identify market opportunities through meetings, networking, and other channels.
- Meet existing and potential clients and building positive relationships.
- Generate leads and cold call prospective clients/ customers.
- Meet with customers/clients face to face or over the phone.
- Foster and develop relationships with customers/ clients.
- Think strategically- seeing the bigger picture and setting aims and objectives in order to develop and improve the business.
- Work strategically- carrying out necessary planning in order to implement operational changes and charges.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Candidates should have sound communication and presentation skills.
- MS office knowledge
- Candidates with experience in the construction field will be given priority.
- Interest in technology/ technically sound.
- Must have two-wheeler with valid driving license
- Comfortable to travel outside Kathmandu valley
Education + Experience:
- Bachelor degree in management with 2 years of experience or Master degree with 1+ year of experience.
