Job Description:
- Conduct market research and identify new profitable business opportunities
- Provide insight into product development, competitive positioning, and most viable cost-effective approach to pursue new business opportunities
- Determine and execute selling and cross-selling opportunities among different organizations
- Develop and execute strategies to increase company sales and profits and reduce business costs by analyzing financial data like current and past budgets, expenses, sales and revenues
- Identify company products and services that are underperforming, develop an in-depth knowledge of company offerings, pricing, and policies, and provide recommendation and feedback to improve product strategy
- Develop and retain relationships with company stakeholders and customers
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Strong Negotiation skills
- Planning and Analyzing skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a creative mindset and a team player
- Fluent in speaking/writing English and Nepali
- Sound knowledge on MS-Office package
- Ability to work under pressure
- Must have a two-wheeler license.
Education + Experience:
- Must have Masters in Management
