Job Description:
- Overseeing all design projects, from conception to delivery
- Work with business owners and product development team to transform business ideas into product requirements
- Work with business owners and product development team to transform business ideas into product requirements
- Work with scrum teams and technical managers to break down product requirements into stories
- Develop and own product roadmaps/business requirement definition documents
- Develops a clear definition and acceptance criteria for each of the features to ensure the business requirements will be addressed
- Document existing business processes and propose innovative improvements
- Work with scrum teams as PO (Product Owner) to develop, maintain product backlogs, conduct user acceptance tests and release quality products
- Collaborate with prospective and pilot clients during development to ensure the products being developed will deliver highest value to customers
- Work with Marketing Team for successful launch of the products to market
- Maintain required documentation of the products
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- At least Bachelor's degree in computer science or engineering
- Preferably Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, IT or related field
- 2+ years of experience in software industry preferably in Health IT; Business Analysis and Product
- Management experience preferred
- Strong Agile Practitioner, CSPO certification will be an added advantage
- Good organizational and time management skills
