Job Description:

  • Conduct various verification process of the candidates of various clients as per the requirement and report accordingly
  • Assist in preparing proposals of the services being offered. Regular visit to the clients and candidates to get instant feedback on performance
  • Develop and ensure proper implementation of various projects. 
  • Maintain the professional relationship with clients and proper coordination with them in various projects effectively and efficiently
  • Assist to prepare an up-to-date record of all existing clients/candidates detail, update activities relating to each client/candidate and submit a report to the concerned authority whenever asked
  • Perform any other task assigned by concerned 

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Should be outspoken, flexible on time, cooperative and trustworthy 
  • Should possess good communication and interpersonal skill
  • Should have effective convincing and  negotiation skill
  • Should have good presentation skill
  • Should be proficient in computer skills (Email, Internet, MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint etc)
  • Should have smart, pleasant personality and good attitude
  • Should be able to work in a Team 
  • Should be able to work on deadlines and bring result on time
  • Should have own two-wheelers with license

Education + Experience:

Should have Bachelor Degree
