Job Description:
- The candidate is responsible for day to day F&B service operations, that includes preparing a menu, reducing operation costs checking inventories, ordering supplies, training staff and assessing customer satisfaction
- We are looking for a competent individual who has adequate exposure in the F&B Industry
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Pleasing personality with good command over English is desirable
- Candidates having similar work experience in any reputed hotel would be given preference
- Working knowledge of IDS or Hotel related software would be an added advantage
Education + Experience:
Diploma in Hotel Management from a recognized institute or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience in deluxe hotels, preferably with foreign exposure
