Job Description:

Purpose of the Role 

To develop, implement, track and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels.

Functions of the Post  

To lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution. Digital marketing assistant manager will assist digital marketing manager to work with the marketing team, supporting teams, and vendors to launch campaigns on time and on budget.

Key Duties and Responsibilities  

  • Driving and optimizing SEOs minimum once a week.
  • Prepare campaign structure, channels and budget allocation plan.
  • Running paid campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin and YouTube with optimized budgets
  • Submission of weekly performance reports on campaigns and other initiatives
  • Should be able to do competition check and recommend solutions and initiatives
  • Capabilities required to work on Zoho CRM and lead management
  • Design and send out monthly newsletters to all current leads, students and academic partners via Zoho CRM
  • Export leads from various sources i.e Facebook and LinkedIn lead forms, web forms (accessed through Zoho forms), organised them in a folder and sort by course name. Share the leads with the admissions team for follow-up and recruitment.
  • Testimonials from students and parents
  • Monitor Google reviews and Facebook recommendations on a regular basis; daily if possible and respond to them.
  • Monitor other local directories profiles twice a week. 

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Demonstrable experience managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
  • Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Net Insight, Omniture, Web Trends) 
  • Working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g., DART, Atlas)
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
  • Great communication skills 

Education + Experience:

  • Bachelor/Master in a related field
  • Proven working experience in digital marketing
