Job Description:

We are looking for an ambitious and self-driven Assistant Human Resources Manager to join our team! The Assistant HR Manager is primarily responsible for all the areas of Talent Acquisition and Talent Development. Acting as the focal point between business managers, HR stakeholders and employees within the company to empower business growth and align employee engagement, performance and development around company’s mission, vision and values.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Develop a sustainable talent acquisition and hiring plans and strategies
  • Source and find candidates qualified for hard-to-fill roles
  • Identify future talent needs and proactively recruiting and sourcing; develop talent pool for senior profiles
  • Design, plan and execute employer branding activities. Encourage employees to be brand ambassadors
  • Perform analysis of hiring needs and provide employee hiring forecast
  • Perform candidate and employee satisfaction evaluations and workshops. Suggest measures for improving employee retention
  • Develop college recruiting programs. Attend career fairs and similar events
  • Partner with business leaders to implement employee engagement strategies
  • Design training programs and work with corporate leadership to identify individual learning initiatives that facilitate employee development. Measure Overall Training Effectiveness
  • Preparing, developing and implement Performance Management as well as performance evaluation policies and procedures

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Work exposure in multinational company will be an extra advantage
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills
  • Proficient Microsoft Office skills to include PowerPoint and Excel
  • Strong knowledge of labor law of Nepal

Education + Experience:

  • MBA/MBS in Management, specialized in HR is preferred, with minimum 3 years of experience in similar HR role
