Job Description:
Location - Lainchaur, Kathmandu
Job Description:
- VAT / PAN Billing, Data entry (Sales, Purchase, Payment, Bank and other entries)
- To ensure checking & entry of all receipt, payment & journal voucher with proper supporting documents as per financial procedure
- Perform bank reconciliation on a regular basis
- Manage all accounting operations based on accounting principles
- To ensure proper documentation and filing
- Chasing late payments, reporting bad and keeping a careful eye on the cash flow
- Handle all transaction related to accounts
- To check & disburse petty cash expenses & party/vendor payment
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure the payment by the customers
- Payment collection
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Experience preferred in trading companies
- Knowledge of finance, accounting, Taxation, budgeting, and cost control principles including Generally Accepted Accounting Principles and Nepalese accounting standards
- Must have good knowledge and skills in accounting software, proficient in MS Excel
- Knowledge of financial and accounting software applications
- Ability to analyze financial data and prepare financial reports, statements and projections
- Good understanding of Trading business
Candidates with their own two-wheeler with a valid license is preferred
Education + Experience:
- At least completed Bachelor Degree
